What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Clerk and brand ambassador of The Ben, you will:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth, offering an effortless check-in and check-out experience.
- Maintain an elevated level of service and hospitality that reflects The Ben’s luxury standard.
- Resolve guest concerns with elegance, ensuring every stay is marked by satisfaction.
- Post charges, collect payments, and manage cash-handling with integrity and accuracy.
- Handle guest mail, packages, and messages with the utmost privacy and professionalism.
- Share knowledge of our hotel, programs, and local experiences, tailoring recommendations with care.
- Communicate guest preferences and feedback across departments to ensure seamless service.
- Respond swiftly to guest calls, lobby visitors, and team member requests.
- Remain calm and confident in all situations, prepared with knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service is preferred.
- A polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and accuracy.
- Proficiency with hotel systems (Marriott systems a plus).
- A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
