Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to provide excellent guest service. You’ll handle front desk operations, monitor hotel activity, and ensure smooth business processes while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying,
folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area. -
Process credit card transactions.

Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures.

Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.

Prepare folios for departing guests.

Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast if needed.

Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
Qualifications

Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
