As a Front Desk Clerk, you play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience.
- Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and handle special requests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, cash transactions, and guest account charges accurately.
- Answer phone calls and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
- Monitor room availability and maintain accurate guest records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Communicate guest feedback, maintenance needs, and operational updates.
- Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. when needed.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
- Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
- Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
- Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
- Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
Qualifications:
