What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Custodian/Ground Maintenence (Full-Time) position at Opportunities?
The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. This includes cleaning/maintenance of the overall facility including restrooms, break rooms, and outside yard.
- Restroom maintenance and cleaning as well as keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked.
- Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler.
- Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
- Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber.
- Dusting shelves, products, etc.
- Replace light bulbs as necessary.
- Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.
