Hub employees work primarily from home with no expectation of a regular in-office presence. While this role is remote first it does require candidates to be commutable to a Fish office for quarterly team meetings.

How Will You Make a Difference?
- Accurately review and process USPTO and foreign patent documents and client-related correspondence in the firm’s document intake and docketing system according to established procedures.
- Process intake and docketing of large volumes of documents with high accuracy and within the daily productivity goals established for the assigned work.
- Monitor daily docket of deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met, and system is properly updated.
- Provide auditing service for matters and docketed actions to ensure quality control of client data.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- 3 years US and/or Foreign IP patent docketing experience is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of docketing of patent processes.
- Ability to identify issues and problems and proactively work to solve them.
- Professional conduct, service-oriented attitude, and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
- Experience using FoundationIP is preferred.
- While this role is remote first it does require candidates to be commutable to a Fish office for quarterly team meetings.

- Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location.
- In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay is $30.26 - $37.95 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
- In Boston, the estimated starting pay is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
