Allstate Leasing is currently seeking a Commercial Titling Administrator. This individual would be motivated to learn within the rental/leasing division of the trucking industry and become a valuable member of our team. The primary function of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of commercial vehicle titling and registration.
Commercial Titling Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries from employees, vendors and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department
- Performs administrative duties as assigned
- Processes vehicle titles and registration with precise accuracy
- Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner
- Meets company timelines for new in-service equipment
- Understands and follows corresponding state title and registration processing guidelines
- Maintaining fleet records with title and registration details
- Perform annual registration and HVUT renewal for 600 plus power units
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to adjust and prioritize workload
- Maintain industry knowledge of current and ongoing state requirements

Commercial Titling Administrator Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED preferred
- One year title processing experience a plus
- Knowledge of DMV documentation requirements a plus
- One year of customer service experience
