About the Role:
Join our Building Services team and help maintain Hastings’ headquarters through building maintenance, custodial support, and facilities care. This part-time custodial and maintenance position keeps our Hastings, Michigan office clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and guests.
What You’ll Do:

Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, entrances, restrooms, stairwells, offices, cubicles, and conference rooms.

Assist with inside maintenance such as lighting, carpeting, and small repairs.

Support facility changes, including meeting room setup/tear down, workstation adjustments, or small moves.

Provide light upkeep of outdoor landscaping, lawns, walkways, and parking areas.

Operate within a 151,500 square foot facility and surrounding grounds including paved lots, landscaped beds, and sprinkling systems.

Participate in special projects and professional development.

Follow safety procedures, including occasional use of hazardous cleaning chemicals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience with cleaning, custodial, or facilities maintenance work.

Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a facilities team.

Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality of work.
