Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Highlights of the position:
- Champion Program Success – Lead compliance monitoring, track deliverables, and ensure pediatric panels meet quality, documentation, and revenue goals.
- Redesign Workflows – Innovate and standardize processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and program outcomes across multiple service lines.
- Own Billing & Attestation – Take charge of attestation submissions and billing oversight, ensuring timely reimbursement and smooth operations.
- Guide & Influence Teams – Act as the go-to expert for program regulations, supporting staff, leadership, and cross-functional teams with insight and solutions.
- Shape Learning & Growth – Conduct audits, identify education opportunities, and mentor colleagues to reinforce best practices and elevate team performance.
- Stay Connected to Care – Maintain a small pediatric panel to keep your work grounded in real-world patient experiences and program complexities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a primary healthcare or related professional setting. including experience in supporting multiple program and service lines.
- Experience working with MaineCare and/or Acentra systems required.
- Preparation with MHRT/C certification and/or PACE or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Knowledge of medical and mental health terminology.
- Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individual’s ability to perform the responsibilities of the position in accordance with PCHC’s Automobile Safety and Background Check Policy.
