$500 Bonus after 90 days of successful employment!
We are a a global leader in innovative sleep solutions. We have been in business for over 100 years! We are growing like crazy and we are looking for some top notch Assemblers to join in on the growth! Join before December 31st, work 90 days, and receive a $500 sign-on bonus!
Also, once hired, you can and additional $500 for each successful referral who stays with the company for 90 days — up to three referrals total— when you help us grow our team with great talent. Referral bonus is only available for certain positions.

We are seeking to hire for the following shifts:
7 AM - to- 7 PM rotating on 3 on / 4 off schedule (to include every other weekend)
7PM - to - 7AM rotating on 3 on / 4 off schedule (to include every other weekend)
Production
- Responsible for supplying production lines with components.
- Loading hoppers with fiber, making boxes for pillows, and applying license plates to pallets.
- Pulling bags and shells to the line from the staging area.
- Responsible for packing and boxing pillows.
- Responsible for performing duties in such a way as to ensure the safety of oneself and one’s co-workers.
