Location: 1 Chris Court, Dayton, NJ 08810
Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Starting pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Richmond Foundry LLC, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group is looking for Salvage Grinders to join our team in Dayton, NJ! As a extremely important member of our team you will be using various industrial grinding devices for grinding off any excess metal that is present on our castings from the production process. Knowledge of casting defects and capability of identifying defects is preferred but we will train the right person.

What You'll Do:
- Operate various types of industrial grinding equipment
- Perform Quality checks on finished parts
- Maintain Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to efficiently work within a team based environment.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Ability to comprehend instructions and accept coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to all team members.
