Work Hours: Mid shift - Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

In this role, you’ll operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high‑quality metal components used in Dixon products. What You'll Do:
- Operate multiple CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Produce precision components according to engineering drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurement specifications
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality
- Monitor production and make basic adjustments to resolve machining issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Rotate through various assignments as needed
- Participate in training and learn about Dixon products and processes
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of CNC setup or operating experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills
- Good manual dexterity and comfort working with tools
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
