Conrad Head Start Teacher Assistant
Salary: 16.31-$18.49 an hr. DOQ
Open until filled.
Major Duties
- Assist the Teacher in providing educational experiences
- Actively supervise children and ensure children's safety
- Provide positive guidance and behavior management
- Interact and play with individual and groups of children
- In the absence of the teacher, will assume teacher duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or enrolled
- Valid Montana drivers license
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Must comply with background check requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem solving
