What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work side-by-side with people to support their goals and daily life through:
- Personal care, daily living support, and meal prep
- Medication administration and health monitoring
- Transportation and participation in community activities
- Clear, accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Collaboration with families, guardians, and care teams
