What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Maintenance Technician- Oak Island Accommodations position at Opportunities at Towne?
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work to ensure owners and tenants needs are met and homes are maintained.
- Basic home repairs on a daily basis (i.e. troubleshooting, basic plumbing, carpentry, locks, HVAC, pool, dry wall repair, appliances, electrical, etc)
- Assisting Property Managers, owners and guests as needed
- Recording and remittance of completed work orders to lead maintenance technician at the end of each work day
- Proper notations on all work orders, particularly if additional follow up required
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and exert up to 50 pounds of force. Use your arms and legs. Frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
- Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
