Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities in both program and community settings, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections.

Essential Responsibilities
- Support and assist clients with daily living activities
- Provide safe supervision and support during program activities and community outings
- Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment
- Assist individuals in developing independence and life skills
- Build supportive and professional relationships with clients and team members
- Follow individualized support plans and company policies
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication as needed
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow staff members
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful, but not required
- Article 9 certification is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Must be dependable, patient, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
No certifications? No problem. Paid training is provided.
