What You’ll Do
Provide direct care and supervision to program participants
Plan and participate in engaging daily activities
Support individuals with daily living needs (ADLs)
Document progress and maintain communication with leadership
Ensure health, safety, and well-being during all activities
Transport clients and travel within assigned areas
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
21 years old
Valid driver’s license
Current auto insurance & registration

Physical & Activity Expectations
Active role: walking, standing, moving throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support safe transfers
