As a community-based Direct Support Professional, you will provide companionship and support in group settings, assist with personal care as needed, help with activities and tasks in various community environments, assist in social and group settings, facilitate skill-building activities, and take clients on outings. Our clients have goals and aspirations tailored to their individual needs, and caregivers are there to enrich their lives through community integration.
