Role Description The Paid Media Strategist (Meta Ads) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ. This position is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns that align with client growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing media strategies, setting up and managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting targeting, creative, and budgets to improve results. The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams to translate research insights into effective paid media tactics, preparing performance reports, and presenting findings and recommendations. The strategist is expected to stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong media planning and media strategy skills, with experience designing and managing paid campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Digital strategy and marketing skills to connect paid media initiatives with broader go-to-market and growth objectives.
- Proficiency in web analytics, including interpreting data from tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization in paid social environments.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, decks, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, and how to act on them.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional and client teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
