Principal Sales Development Representative

OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking a full-time Outbound Principal Sales Development Representative to join our team located in Worthington, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to be the engine that powers our organization, making an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business by initiating contact with potential new clients through phone calls, social media and email outreach. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, high-energy, and detail oriented. We are looking for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team environment and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to learn database, CRM or other software to track prospect progress.
• Use product / service knowledge to showcase the solutions OPOC.us can offer.
• Customer Service experience (preferred)

Compensation:

• Base pay of $22/hour commission, with an overall target compensation of $83,000.00 per year with significant incentives for driven individuals.
