COUNTRY ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - INDIA
Responsibilities：
- Define CAD concept based on technical requirement
- Create detail design and interfaces to other components; to communicate with RD HQ and OEM regarding to technical issues on part design
- Exchange date between OEM, HBPO and suppliers
- Manage assembly feasibility analyses incl. DFEMA and tolerance concept incl. 2D-drawing
- Support other department for all CAD related issues
- Manage project progress for all RD related items and improve CAD design with tooling engineer / to support tooling management
- Create DV/PV test plan and manage DV/PV tests
- Manage prototyping activities
- Prepare presentations, documentations, and meeting reports
- Take over resident function on site of OEM in case of need; to support RD activities worldwide in case of need
- Take over other tasks assigned by line manager
Competences:
- Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, material science or technician
- At least 5 years of design experience in automotive parts companies
- Design experience with Catia or NX, ideally in automobile industry
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
