About the Role
We're looking for a highly technical, business-minded GTM Systems & AI Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the technology and AI ecosystem that powers our Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Revenue teams.
This isn't a traditional CRM Administrator role.
You'll serve as the engineering force behind our GTM technology stack, leveraging automation, APIs, AI, and modern system architecture to eliminate manual work, improve seller productivity, and accelerate revenue growth.
You'll work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and IT to continuously improve how our go-to-market organization operates.
What You'll Own:
Revenue Systems
- Own and optimize our GTM technology stack, including:
- HubSpot
- DealHub CPQ
- Gong
- ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Claude Enterprise
- Design scalable workflows supporting Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Build integrations between internal and third-party systems.
- Manage APIs, webhooks, middleware, and automation platforms.
- Continuously improve CRM architecture, data quality, and system performance.
AI & Automation
Lead our AI strategy across the GTM organization by identifying and implementing opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve decision-making.
Examples include:
- AI-generated meeting preparation
- Automated CRM updates from Gong conversations
- AI-generated follow-up emails
- Prospect research agents
- Quote and proposal assistants
- Pipeline health monitoring
- Forecast intelligence
- Customer renewal insights
- Sales coaching assistants
Develop and maintain reusable AI workflows that improve productivity while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and security.
Workflow Automation
Design end-to-end workflows that reduce administrative work for our sellers.
Examples include:
- Lead routing
- Territory assignment
- Opportunity management
- Quote approvals
- Deal routing
- Renewal workflows
- Slack notifications
- Task automation
- Customer lifecycle automation
Data Quality & Governance
- Improve CRM data integrity.
- Monitor duplicate management and enrichment.
- Automate data hygiene processes.
- Improve reporting reliability.
- Build scalable governance around GTM systems.
Sales Productivity
Partner directly with Sales Leadership to identify friction points and eliminate manual work.
Success is measured by time saved for sellers—not simply workflows created.

Qualifications
Required
- 2-4 years working in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Solutions Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Deep experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS applications using APIs
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- SQL proficiency
- Experience building workflow automation
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
