  • Review weekly project health, including labor performance, schedule status, procurement status, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing status, cost-to-complete, and operational risks.

Field Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate manpower allocation across BAS projects based on schedule, labor availability, project priority, and customer commitments.
  • Work with Site Supervisors and field leads to confirm crews have materials, tools, equipment, access, badging, safety documentation, and technical support.
  • Balance workload across active construction, retrofit, and federal/commercial project demands.
  • Serve as first operational escalation point for field execution issues.

Financial and Operational Accountability

  • Partner with Finance and leadership on project forecasting, revenue projections, labor utilization, cost control, and margin protection.
  • Review project financial performance and cost-to-complete updates with PMs on a weekly cadence.
  • Drive forecasting discipline and improve visibility into project risk before month-end or closeout.
  • Track operational KPIs including schedule adherence, labor efficiency, change order status, closeout completion, and project margin risk.

Process, QA/QC, and Execution Standards

  • Enforce company project execution standards, startup procedures, QA/QC workflows, and closeout requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, programming, commissioning, procurement, and field teams to reduce rework and missed scope.
  • Support development and improvement of BAS operational SOPs, project checklists, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure projects are executed in a manner that protects schedule, profitability, customer relationships, and company risk position.

Internal and Customer Coordination

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, HR, Finance, Service Operations, and executive leadership as needed.
  • Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and recovery meetings when operational support is required.
  • Provide leadership with clear operational updates, risk summaries, and recommended action plans.
