Essential Functions
- Provide outstanding detail-oriented support to a team of technicians to repair and maintain equipment.
- Use company systems and tools, such as Smart Equip and ERP, to document, track, and manage all parts and repair activities.
- Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills to support sales and management teams.
- Manage the receiving, organization, tracking, and relocation of parts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Superior talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Experience in processing and managing detailed paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite are crucial for daily tasks.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Primarily an office role, but candidates must be prepared for frequent outdoor yard visits for equipment order fulfillment.
- Managing a team of technicians in their day-to-day tasks.
- Primarily based in a front desk or customer service office setting.
- Climate-controlled workspace equipped with standard office tools including computers, phones, and CRM systems.
- Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and internal staff both in person and through phone/email.
- Regular visits to the adjacent repair shop and outdoor equipment yard to coordinate with technicians or support customer needs.
- Occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, grease, and heavy machinery during shop or yard visits.
- Outdoor yard visits may involve exposure to seasonal weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, or wind.
- Uneven terrain and moving equipment require proper footwear and attention to safety.
- Must be comfortable transitioning between office and industrial environments.
- Requires strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills across departments.
- Adaptability and situational awareness are key in navigating between administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Occasional driving to different locations for shop walks and inventory checks.
- Requires a moderate level of physical activity and flexibility for office and operational tasks.
- Occasional bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds.
- May require moving materials, tagging equipment, retrieving items from storage, or assisting in the yard or shop.
- Regular movement between indoor and outdoor work areas.
- Walking through repair shops and equipment yards may involve uneven surfaces, weather exposure, and proximity to active machinery.
- May require extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting at a desk.
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for office equipment and paperwork handling.
- Must maintain situational awareness in dynamic work zones with vehicular and equipment traffic.
