Ophthalmic Partners PC is a large multi-specialty practice in the Philadelphia area. Headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, PA, our 12 physicians and optometrist specialize in the area of cataract and refractive surgery, cornea and external disease, anterior segment, pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma and related disorders. We are currently hiring for a Practice Administrator to manage our operations and lead us into the future.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide all operations of the practice (both clinical and administrative)
- Serve as a leader in the organization, working collaboratively with other managers to maintain operational excellence
- Supervise and provide support to all Managers in the practice
- Review, analyze and negotiate all contracts (both insurance and administrative)
- Ensure the highest quality patient care
- Provide HR support to HR Manager including employee relations, payroll, benefits etc
- Oversee HIPAA compliance
- Look for new avenues of revenue or improved processes to grow the practice
- Ensure patient satisfaction
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of healthcare management
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Experience with high volume practice
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
