Parts Picker / Auditor
Position Summary
OPEX Corporation is looking to hire a full time Shipping Auditor / Picker who can work in Moorestown, NJ. The worker must be able to commit to a full-time schedule while working during our first shift from 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM, however hours may vary on occasion. Responsibilities
- Pick parts, pack and audit outboard customer orders
- Complete orders in inventory/enterprise system (Oracle) and pack shipments
- Match customer orders, Bill of Lading and actual product loaded
- Perform some basic Quality Control on all products being shipped
- Ensure all trucks/orders are checked prior to leaving
- Interact with other departments to ensure customer requirements are being met
- Drive forklift and move pallets as needed
- General housekeeping duties to keep the area neat and clean Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment strongly preferred
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Previous Oracle, UPS software experience, strongly preferred, but not required Good communication skills. Will be interacting with co-workers and field technicians
Physical/Work Environments
- Worker will be working in a fast-paced environment
- Worker must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Worker must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, reaching forward will occur while on the job
