Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the blending of raw ingredients according to production requirements.
- Ability to identify shades of red, blue and yellow when mixing excipients.
- Take responsibility, pay great attention to safety procedures and legal regulations.
- Safely lift and handle bags weighing 50–55 lbs. for dumping, bagging, and packaging processes.
- Operate basic production equipment and follow established operating procedures.
- Ensure accuracy in labeling, packaging, and sealing of finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cleanroom, gowning room, and transfer room.
- Always adhere to gowning and hygiene protocols.
- Follow and uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to support workplace organization and efficiency.
- Help with the breakdown and Maintenance of Machines in the cleanroom.
- Assist in receiving incoming products, verifying documentation, and placing items into inventory.
- Organizing outgoing goods, picking, packing and preparing them for dispatch.
- Pick products from racks and prepare them for packaging and shipping.
- Help with inventory counts, reconciliation, and stock management activities.
- Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Report any unsafe conditions, product quality issues, or deviations to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in required safety and compliance trainings that support ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–55 lbs consistently and safely.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Team players with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with 5S or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Work performed in a production and warehouse environment.
- Regular exposure to powders, raw ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) and gowning requirements must be always followed.
- Current forklift certification is preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Frequent lifting and handling of 50–55 lbs bags.
