Applications are currently being accepted for the following 12-month position:
Part-Time Security Guard(s)
Weekdays: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift
Weekends: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. &/or
2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
(Minimum of 29 hours/month, required)
(Weekend availability is required)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience desired
- Law enforcement experience, preferred
Responsibilities:
- Foot and mobile patrol of buildings, grounds, and parking lots
- Ensuring building security, staff and student safety, proper system settings
- Cover special details throughout the school year involving crowd and on-site traffic management
- Communicate with other guards prior to leaving shift
- Other duties as assigned
Hourly Rate: $23.64
Deadline: Open Until Filled
Additional requirements:
- Completion of PDE required training (on-line training courses)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
