Operation: Red Dot | Full-Time | $40,000–$50,000/year DOE | Company Vehicle 


Operation: Red Dot is looking for a full-time Leasing & Property Management Coordinator to support our growing property management team.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating property showings, communicating with renters, supporting property managers, and keeping leasing tasks moving from inquiry to move-in.


This is not a commission-only sales position. This is a full-time salaried property management role with a steady base salary and the opportunity to continue sharpening your real estate and leasing skills inside an established company.

What You’ll Do


In this role, you will help guide prospective renters through the leasing process while supporting the property management team with daily operational needs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to rental inquiries and prospective tenant questions
  • Scheduling and conducting property tours
  • Coordinating showing routes and appointment details
  • Supporting application and move-in processes
  • Communicating with renters, tenants, owners, and internal team members
  • Helping keep leasing tasks organized and moving forward
  • Supporting property managers with leasing-related follow-up
  • Updating information in company systems
  • Assisting with property access, keys, lockboxes, and showing logistics
  • Helping create a smooth experience for applicants and future tenants

This role involves phone calls, emails, tours, scheduling, task switching, and regular communication with both the public and the internal team.

Experience We’d Love to See


Preferred experience includes:

  • Leasing, property management, real estate, or apartment community experience
  • Experience using property management software such as AppFolio or similar systems
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Scheduling, coordination, administrative, or client-facing experience
  • Real estate license or interest in maintaining an active license

This role requires frequent communication, follow-up, tours, scheduling, problem-solving, and interaction with renters, applicants, property managers, and team members.


Compensation


$40,000–$50,000 per year DOE


Compensation will depend on experience, licensing, professionalism, and ability to contribute quickly to the leasing and property management team.

This is a full-time salaried role. Real estate purchase and sale opportunities may be available through the company structure, but the primary role is leasing and property management support.
