Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Links individuals with Substance Use Disorder, substance use/opioid-related overdose survivors, those with health-related issues due to substance use to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), detox, and various inpatient and outpatient programs. Uses time spent communicating with those in the hospital/community to assist in initiating treatment and engage patients in on-going treatment and recovery support. Provides educational resources, community resources and support to participants and their friends, family, and caregivers regarding overdose prevention, treatment for substance use disorder, and recovery support. Provides triage, screening and evaluation services to determine appropriate level of care. Is responsible for timely, professional documentation and data collection according to Operation PAR standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CRPS Certification is required

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
