Role Description: The Math Tutoring Center Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Palo Alto, CA. The prospective center manager will start as a tutor and will gain responsibilities after demonstrating excellence with math tutoring & student management.
Requirements are:
- Availability 2:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays
- Complete knowledge of foundational math concepts (K-8th). Must be proficient in Algebra 1.
- Phenomenal teaching skills - at least 2 years prior experience teaching K-8th grade students.
- Have a strong work ethic; demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Responsible, with strong ethical standards & personal integrity.
- Have attained a college degree.
- Prior experience in education, learning centers, or academic program coordination is beneficial.
