Vice President of Digital Marketing

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Digital Marketing will be responsible for helping manage and develop the organization’s digital marketing strategy and day to day operations and execution through the web, social media, email, and various paid media programs. They will assist the CMO with managing digital marketing agency work and developing the technical tools to facilitate best-in-class user experiences.
We are looking for a detail oriented, data driven, performance marketing expert, who can build high quality campaigns across multiple channels, integrate and optimize the digital journey and user experience, and measure results and impact to help build long term organization health and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Awareness of Operation HOPE and its mission and services through digital channels.
- Develop and manage short and long-term strategies, campaigns, goals and content strategy for the web, social and email.
- Help develop and execute an annual calendar of campaigns across digital properties to support overall org strategy
- Establish KPIs / goals for campaigns. Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and help prioritize ad spends for digital and social platforms, along with the Google Ad Grant to drive targeted traffic to Operationhope.org and other digital properties.
- Analyze performance of various digital marketing channels towards maximizing CPM, CPL and CPA
- Maximize Operation Hope’s organic search engine traffic generation and rankings through routine technical and content search engine optimization
- Develop digital content targeting, audience segmentation and personalization strategies and systems to show personalized messages through the marketing funnel from awareness to conversions (digital goals such as lead capture, donations, content sign ups, partner sign ups, etc)
- Manage external digital/marketing vendor/agency relationships assisting with these same duties and goals
- Represent department in cross-company meetings within Operation HOPE.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, digital commerce or related field (or related experience)
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong project management and analytical background
- Expert knowledge of all current social media platforms, and a proven track record of amplifying content and driving consumer engagement on social media, as well as web user experience development, CRM, and paid media planning and prioritization
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams (strong project management, organization, and communication skills)
