Operation HOPE is currently seeking a DATA INSIGHTS & RESEARCH STRATEGIST toplay a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to uncover trends, inform strategy, and tell meaningful stories through data. This position blends deep analytical skill with research expertise, problem-solving, and exceptional communication.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a teacher, capable of translating technical findings into clear, relatable insights that resonate with non-technical audiences. They are confident presenting to senior leaders, internally and externally, and passionate about empowering others to understand and apply data in decision-making.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect and organize data from diverse internal and external sources.
- Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and insights.
- Interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business and research objectives.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and practical recommendations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Develop and refine research and data collection methodologies.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency in all data processes
- Implement best practices for continuous improvement in research and analysis
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that communicate insights in an engaging, understandable way.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and narratives that link data to organizational impact and goals.
- Use data storytelling to influence strategy and inspire informed action.
- Analyze complex problems and design innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Synthesize findings to guide leadership decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities through data monitoring and research.
- Serve as a data literacy advocate within the organization.
- Mentor colleagues and lead workshops that enhance understanding and application of data.
- Foster a culture of evidence-based learning and continuous improvement.
- Deep commitment to Operation HOPE’s mission and belief in the power of financial empowerment for all.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Behavioral Science, Research, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, research, or insight development roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Power BI).
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proven experience presenting insights to executive and senior leader audiences.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for teaching and empowering others with data.
- Can translate complex business problems into clear, actionable data requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of operational KPIs, performance measurement, workflow, and intake effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data validation and Quality Assurance
- Can identify patterns and insights that others might miss

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
