Commitment: Flexible Volunteer Position (Approximately 1–5 hours per week)
Operation Haven is an emerging nonprofit initiative dedicated to helping homeless veterans find shelter, stability, dignity, and a pathway toward a better future.
We believe that no veteran should have to face homelessness alone. Through community engagement, fundraising, outreach, and strategic partnerships, we aim to create meaningful support for veterans in need.
Operation Haven is seeking volunteer Outreach & Fundraising Ambassadors to help spread awareness of our mission across their personal and professional networks.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting veterans and want to contribute to a meaningful cause, regardless of their location.
Volunteers can participate entirely remotely and on a flexible schedule.
- Share Operation Haven content on social media platforms
- Help raise awareness of our fundraising campaign
- Introduce the project to potential supporters and community groups
- Encourage donations and community engagement
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach
- Assist in expanding Operation Haven's online presence
- Provide ideas and feedback to help grow the organization
- Passion for helping veterans and strengthening communities
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Previous fundraising, nonprofit, sales, marketing, military, or volunteer experience is helpful but not required
