Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operator role located in Canonsburg, PA. The Operator will handle daily operational tasks related to benefit administration, including processing forms, updating member records, and verifying eligibility and coverage information in internal systems. The role involves responding to inquiries from members, employers, and service providers by phone, email, and in person, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. The Operator will monitor workflow, follow established procedures, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed. In addition, the Operator will support general office operations, such as filing, data entry, basic reporting, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth and compliant fund operations.
Qualifications
