In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of mid-market omnichannel & mobile app publishers with the goal to deepen strategic relationships, and guide partners in leveraging OpenX’s technology, including header bidding, oRTB, server-to-server integrations, and PMP solutions.We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and consultative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to build strong client relationships. You will work closely with Publisher Business Development, Solutions Architects, Buyer Development, and Product to deliver results and ensure publishers experience the full value of partnering with OpenX. ResponsibilitiesPartner with Publisher Business Development to own a subset of our top 200 mobile app and omnichannel publishers and responsible for overall performance and revenue forecast Drive publisher revenue growth and profitability through new direct supply integrations, yield optimization and upselling strategic products including publisher-sourced PMPsIdentify, troubleshoot, and solve performance anomalies with the Solution Architect teamCultivate and maintain relationships with both day to day contacts with publisher portfolioMaintain a deep understanding of assigned publisher’s strategy, goals, and OpenX’s stack ranking to communicate to Exec and Product team in monthly updatesOwn QBRs, strategy meetings, and client entertainment Be an expert in OpenX publisher platform, analytics and reporting tools, and overall product suiteIdentify market and product opportunities and provide a constant stream of feedback to management and product teamsServe as a mobile app supply subject matter expert and keep up to date with recent mobile app market and industry trendsSupport and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectivesGenerate and deliver trends and meaningful insights to clients, translating into actionable recommendationsRequired Qualifications3 - 5 years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or analytical work experience with programmatic publisher, yield optimization, or programmatic ad tech Natural curiosity and strong understanding of the adtech and programmatic industryStrong communicator with a history of building relationships with clientsStrong problem solving and analytical mindset to diagnose issues and make informed recommendations for improvementExperience with mobile app publishers/SDK clients and the programmatic landscapeAdvanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet)BA / BS degree, or combination of equivalent work experience, training and education. Pursuant to any state, local ordinance, or local hiring regulations, we will consider for employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation. OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
