We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join a dynamic team! This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipping of customer orders, as well as maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Pick, stage, and label customer orders accurately according to pick tickets.
- Load shipments in compliance with vendor guidelines and complete all required shipping documentation.
- Follow all instructions provided by the Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their designee.
- Unload finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) from production, placing items in designated storage locations and accurately documenting SKU data.
- Report any issues related to product quality, equipment, safety, or employee conduct to management immediately.
- Wear safety glasses and follow all safety procedures while working in the facility and operating powered lift equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or their designee.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts or powered lift vehicles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math and documentation skills for tracking inventory.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Dedicated to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
