Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Associate
Location: Sardis, MS
Reports To: Shipping/Warehouse Manager

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join a dynamic team! This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipping of customer orders, as well as maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
• Pick, stage, and label customer orders accurately according to pick tickets.
• Load shipments in compliance with vendor guidelines and complete all required shipping documentation.
• Follow all instructions provided by the Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their designee.
• Unload finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) from production, placing items in designated storage locations and accurately documenting SKU data.
• Report any issues related to product quality, equipment, safety, or employee conduct to management immediately.
• Wear safety glasses and follow all safety procedures while working in the facility and operating powered lift equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or their designee.

Qualifications
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts or powered lift vehicles is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Basic math and documentation skills for tracking inventory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Dedicated to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Perks: Hours and Compensation: Starting pay $14.50
