JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position handles all accounting and bookkeeping functions (A/P, A/R, Payroll and monthly financial preparations and reporting).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Need strong excel, word, outlook and other basic Microsoft applications.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks Enterprise version and online version
- Preferred associate’s degree in accounting and at least 5 years of experience.
- Payroll is done in QuickBooks
- Payroll tax filings are also done through QuickBooks Payroll
- Schedule: MON – THURS, 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Pay Rate- $22 - $30/hr. DOE
- Location: 77087
- Training to be provided on our systems and methods.
