We're looking for a high-energy Executive Recruiter to join our team and run a true 360 desk—managing both client relationships and full-cycle recruiting to deliver top-tier talent and grow revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Win and manage your own clients while building a sustainable and growing book of business.
- Run a full 360 desk, owning both business development and recruiting from start to finish.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through cold calls, warm outreach, referrals, meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand hiring needs, present solutions, and secure new job orders.
- Skill-market standout candidates to generate new business opportunities and uncover hidden demand.
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through direct recruiting, referrals, advertising, social media, and community involvement.
- Qualify, interview, and manage candidates through the full lifecycle, including prepping, presenting, debriefing, and closing.
- Prepare and deliver polished candidate presentations directly to clients.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and guide clients and candidates through the decision-making process.
- Complete all vetting requirements (background checks, references, assessments, etc.) before placement.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with placed talent through regular touchpoints, quality checks, and performance coaching.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the ATS.
- Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing recruiting environment.
- Support administrative tasks such as timekeeping, payroll coordination, and account coverage as needed.
