In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate product or service information and resolving issues efficiently
- Processing customer orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Supporting internal teams with customer-related tasks and communication
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Meeting or exceeding customer service KPIs and quality standards
- Learning about products and services to provide informed, effective support
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
