Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find Assemblers in Gainesville. In this Assembler role, you will be responsible. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In you’ll be responsible for:
- Assemble wire cables per drawings, schematics, and written work instructions
- Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and wires using hand tool
- Perform continuity and functional testing of assembled wiring systems
- Read and interpret technical documents including wiring diagrams, blueprints, and job orders
- Label wires and cables according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety standards
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality, identifying and correcting any defects
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Basic knowledge of electrical components, tools, and measurement devices
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
