As a Healthcare Staffing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission: supporting our active clients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) while helping expand our reach and impact. What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our active clients—strengthening partnerships, uncovering new staffing needs, and helping diversify placement opportunities.
- Build meaningful relationships with our healthcare professionals by connecting weekly to align their availability with open shifts and contracts.
- Support a seamless hiring experience—collaborating with hiring managers, placing new hires quickly, and ensuring credentialing stays on track.
- Keep our internal systems and client/HCP contact records up to date and accurate.
- Encourage contract extensions, support renewal conversations, and contribute to long-term staffing strategies.
- Step in to help with on-call scheduling or credentialing follow-ups when needed.
- Drive recognition programs to celebrate our nursing talent—including birthdays, anniversaries, and team wins.
- Represent Openwork Health as a brand ambassador, modeling our core values and culture in every interaction.
