YOUR IMPACT
As a Partner Account Manager at OpenText, you will be the strategic driver behind one of our most critical global partnerships-Capgemini. Your role will directly influence how we expand, deepen, and accelerate our joint value creation efforts across industries and regions. You'll:
Develop and grow trusted relationships with Accenture leadership at multiple levels and geographies
Align OpenText's solutions and go-to-market strategy with Accenture's business units and sales teams
Uncover and drive net-new business opportunities, guiding both internal and external teams toward shared success
Translate OpenText's innovation into meaningful, solution-driven conversations with key Accenture stakeholders
Keep a pulse on the market landscape, ensuring OpenText stays top-of-mind as the partner of choice

10 years of experience in Partner Account Management or a related role in the tech/software industry
Direct experience working with or for Accenture, with a deep understanding of their operations, structure, and client engagement model
A proven track record of building strategic relationships and exceeding growth targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect across both technical and business audiences
Global business acumen and the ability to navigate cross-cultural, cross-time-zone collaboration
A proactive, strategic mindset, and the agility to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Salary (OTE) Range: $250K - $300K OTE; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
