We are seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue Operations Intern to support our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, data, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to improve performance visibility, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to drive revenue. You will take ownership of meaningful projects and contribute directly to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CRM data quality and reporting within Microsoft D365
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing fields
• Assist in building target account lists and prospect pipelines
• Support outbound outreach efforts and coordination
• Participate in discovery calls and capture key customer insights
• Develop and support marketing campaign content (LinkedIn, email, video)
• Analyze lead performance and conversion rates across the funnel
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to drive performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data and generating insights
• Experience with Excel required; Power BI or similar tools a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
