Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, offices, restrooms, and hallways using the provided cleaning equipment and supplies
• Conduct floor care such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping to maintain a polished appearance
• Assist with janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, unit cleaning, and exterior maintenance
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups,
• Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Ensure all facilities are safe by conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is highly preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the entirely of the shift
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance needs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
