What You’ll Do
- Oversee and inspire a high-performing team in the corporate space, fostering a culture of collaboration with business, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Use knowledge of Hospitality and luxury experiences within these associated corporate services lines - reception, records, and office services to ensure all services are elevated and incorporate the above and beyond mentality
- Identify opportunities to enhance & expand services, streamline processes, and maintain top-tier service delivery.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their evolving workplace needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Analyze financial metrics, manage budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and operational success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce innovative workplace strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term success.
What You Bring
- A strong background in Conference Services, Workplace Experience, Office Services or Legal Services within a high-performance environment.
- 5 years of experience leading national teams, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships, delivering solutions that enhance their business.
- Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing workplace services for maximum efficiency.
- Proficiency in workplace technology and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and enhance outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams across various locations.
