Responsibilities
- Booking and managing the day-to-day experience of conference rooms, visitor offices and MPR spaces
- Awareness of all arriving clients, candidates, visiting employees and guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience
- Providing an elevated experience with proactive & engaged communication, sense of urgency, and collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Experience working in a corporate or legal environment
- Experience partnering with facilities, catering and AV teams to ensure meetings and offices are set up properly
- Ability to use support high volume of communication via – email, teams, and in person.
- Comfortable with a role that is not static behind a reception desk but moving around the workplace
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
