About the Job

The Web Designer is responsible for both the design and front-end development of OpenSesame's website and related digital experiences. You will design, build, and maintain web pages that engage visitors, reflect our brand identity, and support marketing campaigns that drive growth. This role ensures that our visitors and customers have the best possible experience on our website through optimization efforts, UI/UX strategy, and ongoing design and development projects.

The ideal candidate has an eye for design, strong development skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing environment where creativity meets measurable outcomes.

About the Team

The Marketing team shapes how the world experiences the OpenSesame brand. From digital campaigns and creative storytelling to our website and customer communications, we connect global audiences with learning solutions that drive real business impact.

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Web Designer owns the design, development, and ongoing evolution of OpenSesame.com. Our website is the front door to our business—and this role ensures every interaction reflects our brand promise of innovation, clarity, and quality.

About the Job

The Web Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of OpenSesame's website and related digital experiences. You will own both the creative and technical implementation of our web presence—designing, coding, testing, and maintaining pages that represent our brand and support marketing initiatives.

This role blends visual design, front-end development, and user experience expertise. The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, technical ability, and a data-informed mindset—someone who can transform business needs into compelling, functional web experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Introduce analytics and testing frameworks (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, A/B testing) to collect and interpret user data for design decisions.
  • Launch measurable site improvements—such as reducing load time, improving accessibility scores, or increasing engagement on key pages.
