We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) to join our dynamic team. As a therapist at OpenMinds, you will specialize in providing individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and young adults, employing a client-centered and outcomes-driven approach. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and enjoy a flexible schedule.
- Must be licensed in the State of California: Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Clinical Professional Counseling, or a related field.
- Must be willing to credential with insurance networks (ex. Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, etc) with our support
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Experience in individual therapy with adolescents and young adults (experience with group and family therapy is a plus).
- Bilingual and bicultural skills are a plus.
- Experience with LGBTQ populations is a plus.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to see a minimum of 21 clients per week.
