Role Description:
This is an on-site, contract role for a Senior Salesforce CRM Business Analyst based in New York, NY with our client. The Senior Salesforce CRM Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce.com implementations and enhancements. Responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, mapping and optimizing business processes, and supporting configuration and administration efforts in partnership with technical teams. The role involves leading workshops, conducting gap analyses, preparing functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The analyst will also support user acceptance testing, develop training and reference materials, and help drive user adoption and continuous improvement of the CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a BA working on Salesforce CRM, drafting requirements for CRM platform with knowledge of sales cycles/ pipelines/ sales funnel, etc
- Strong experience in managing CRM data, preferably with a financial services firm
- Strong SQL and XLS skills (Look up VB Macros), preferably with exposure to Python for data analytics
- Excellent communication skills, should be able to work independently, and work with business users.
- Familiarity with integration concepts, data migration, and reporting/dashboards within Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
