About the Opportunity
As a telemedicine physician in our network, you will have flexibility and control over your schedule and workload. Physicians provide care to patients using telemedicine modalities including video, phone, connected devices, and asynchronous messaging.
You will:
- Practice independently, exercising your own clinical judgment
- Choose when and how much you work (subject to platform needs)
- Deliver care consistent with applicable standards, guidelines, and your professional discretion

What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual care by obtaining histories, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage common acute, chronic, and low-acuity behavioral health conditions
- Deliver care via synchronous (video/phone) and asynchronous (chat/email) modalities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with other clinicians as needed while maintaining independent decision-making
- Incorporate patient preferences and evidence-based medicine into care plans
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Active, unrestricted licenses in multiple states
Minimum licensure requirements:
- 5–7 active state licenses
- Priority: CA, TX, FL, AR, IL
- Additional: AL, NY, IN, LA, MS, SC, PA
Additional qualifications:
- 3 years of clinical practice experience
- Experience in medical weight loss (including GLP-1 prescribing)
- Familiarity with low-acuity mental health and urgent care
- Active DEA license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth technology
Preferred:
- Telemedicine experience
- Spanish fluency
Compensation
Compensation is per visit/service:
Medical Weight Loss
- $30 per synchronous visit
- $8–$9 per asynchronous visit
- $15 per patient no-show
Tele-Urgent Care
- $30 per synchronous visit (7–15 min)
- $40 behavioral health consult (20 min)
- $4 per asynchronous visit
- $15 per no-show
Earning Potential: Up to ~$375,000 annually based on volume and availability
Contract Details
- 1099 independent contractor agreement
- Flexible scheduling; contractors determine availability and services location
- Opportunity for 20–40 hours/week based on preference and demand
- Some weekend availability may increase earning opportunities
Pay: $120.00 - $180.00 per hour
